Q. WHAT TIME ARE YOUR SHOWS
A. Thursday, our shows start at 7:30pm. Friday, our shows start at 7:30pm and 9:30pm. Saturday, our shows start at 7pm and 9:30pm. Sunday, our shows start at 7pm. There will be occasional exceptions to these start times, please visit our event calendar for exact showtimes.

Q. HOW LONG ARE YOUR SHOWS?
A. Most shows average about an hour and 45 minutes.

Q. HOW CAN I BUY TICKETS?
A. You can call the box office starting at 10am Monday through Friday and starting at 3pm on Saturday and Sunday. The number for the Box Office is (916) 357-5233. You can also come by during business hours. Tickets can also be purchased online via our website.

Q. HOW DO I BOOK A PRIVATE PARTY FOR A GROUP OF 20 PEOPLE OR MORE.
A. Please contact our general manager at (916) 357-5233.

Q. WHAT TIME DO THE DOORS OPEN?
A. The doors open at 4pm with Happy Hour Specials.

Q. WHAT IS THE SEATING LIKE?
A. General seating is first come/first served. With reserved seating, you can choose where you sit.

Q. DO YOU HAVE RESERVED SEATING?
A. Yes, tickets are $10 more per ticket unless you are with a group of 10 or more. YOU MUST call the club if you plan on attending with a group of 10 or more for reservations.

Q. HOW MUCH ARE THE TICKETS?
A. Ticket prices vary by performer and from night to night. Check the event calendar for a full listing of tickets prices for all shows currently on sale. Please note that tickets will be $5.00 more at the door if not purchased in advance.

Q. HOW MUCH IS THE CONVENIENCE FEE?
A. If you purchase tickets online there is a $1.00 fee, if you purchase them over the phone there is a $2.00 fee and if you come and purchase from the box office there is no fee.

Q. WHAT IS THE 2 DRINK MINIMUM?
A. There is a 2 item minimum per person, which can be any drink or food combination.

Q. WHAT IF I DON’T DRINK?
A. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.

Q. CAN I BUY FOOD INSTEAD OF DRINKS?
A. Yes, you can buy any 2 items on our menu to satisfy our minimum.

Q. WHAT KIND OF FOOD AND DRINKS DO YOU HAVE?
A. We have a full dinner menu with everything from appetizers to entrees and desserts and a full bar. Check our food and drinks page.

Q. DO YOU HAVE AN AGE LIMIT?
A. All shows are 17 and over. There will be some exceptions.

Q. CAN I SWITCH FROM THE 7:30pm SHOW to the 9:30pm SHOW? OR FROM ONE DAY TO ANOTHER?
A. Please call the club at 916-357-5233, and have your current ticket info handy. Jazz & Jokers will do our best to accommodate your request, but there are no refunds.

Q. CAN I GET A REFUND IF I DIDN’T USE MY TICKETS?
A. All tickets are non-refundable once they are charged. There are no day of show cancellations. If you bought tickets online the tickets are non-refundable and you cannot cancel them, as per the instructions given on the website when you purchase them.

Q.If I pre-purchased “reserved” seating do I still have to wait in line? 
A. Yes. There are two lines at the door one is designated for “RESERVED” seating. The other is for “GENERAL” seating.
